Good budget FX Procesor

So, we are doign "Death Takes a Holiday" at school. We need an FX processor to make Death's voice sound cool.
We want to buy an FX processor for his voice, but we also want it to have other uses, such as reverb for other events.

Do you know of any good FX processors that are budget friendly and will deliver what we need?

Look into the Lexicon MX200, the Alesis MidiVerb4. A lot of the processors at that end of the market will not have the large variety of different effects you are looking, so read the specs carefully to be sure you get what you are really looking for.
