Help please... media server not showing up in HES DL3 Content Manager App

Having an issue with a DL3...
The last 2 times I have powered it up I have had to do a hard reset of the CPU. Once it boots all seems well and I am able to control all functions including accessing all media content. However... This one DL3 no longer appears as a server in the HES DL3 Content Management application.

Please help! I have a function tonight that requires me to load user media...

Call High End Systems - After Hours Support! It definitely sounds like a networking issue (more than likely a IP address issues), but they'll be the ones to help get you going.

Things to be ready for - Can you get to the light and check IP address from the screen???? Do you have a router inline to spit out DHCP Addresses or are they just using the 192.x.x.x format? Are they all on the same software version???
