In-house ticket printer

Hi,

We are looking to start offering in-house thermal ticket printing to our customers for events. We are limited on budget but I was wondering if anyone can recommend any low-cost printers, software and stockists for the actual tickets. We are looking for a printer which will happily process 500-1000 tickets a month...

BOCA Ticketing Systems' Lemur line is relatively inexpensive. I believe that the basic model starts around $850.00 + ticket stock and goes up from there for features like multiple slot printers, full color vs. BW, etc. What ticketing software are you using?

Currently we are not using any software as this is something we are planning to start. Do you have any suggestions?
