Overview
Tait Towers designs and builds most of the sets and scenery for major music tours, as well as many other large live events around the world. Installations include Disney Theme Parks, Cirque du Soleil shows, major nightclubs, theaters, cruise ships, opera houses, and spectaculars.

Tait Towers is renowned for its efficient turnaround and boutique customer service, as well as developing multiple revolutionary entertainment products, including the Navigator Automation Control System, BigTow zero-fleet performer flying winches, and MagDeck magnetically locking stage decking.

An integrator, much like the title suggests, is tasked with making multiple elements work together as one cohesive system. A key technical role, an integrator also has essential responsibilities in project coordination. An integrator exists on the uniquely Tait line between technology and art, helping to create the best shows and spectacles in the world.

Integrators report to the Director, Head of Integration. Most positions are based in the Lititz, PA headquarters, although other locations are a possibility.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates integration of disparate elements into one cohesive project
  • Comprises part of field engineering and installation team, ultimately implementing technology on site for the customer
  • Fulfills shop testing and setup responsibilities, especially for complex elements
  • Plays key technical role throughout project lifecycle
  • Communicates frequently with rest of project team about tasks and risks
  • Maintains a basic understanding of all integration-related technical fields
  • Develops an expert knowledge of one or more integration-related technical fields
  • Establishes and cultivates good relationships with clients, stagehands, electricians, ironworkers, project managers, and many other personnel
  • Travels frequently to job sites domestically and internationally
  • Works closely with the Service & Support department about post-project work
  • Promotes and contributes to internal standards and processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical theater
  • Minimum 2 years experience in industrial engineering or entertainment technology
  • Strong proficiency in hands-on technical skills, such as electrical work, carpentry, rigging
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated competency to handle fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and critical deadlines
  • Willingness to travel often and work in diverse environments
  • Background in motion control, functional safety, industrial automation, robotics, networking, hydraulics, concert touring, entertainment automation, Navigator, eCham, ETCP Rigging, PMP, or Siemens, Beckhoff, Emerson controls a plus

Probably... However, they are trying to fill 4 controls positions and 6 mechanical positions! I know at least one of the controls slots has been filled, and at least one is still available as it is on the website... Not sure about the other 2.
