LED Moving Heads

So I went to a concert in San Francisco this weekend, and for the headliner, they brought out several LED wash moving heads. They looked to me like MAC 301s, however, the base on them was not the traditional rectangular "box", it seemed to be just a stand with four legs at 90 degree angles with each other. They were quite bright and rendered colors excellently. Does anyone know what they could have been?

I'm guessing it was Elation Professional - Professional Lighting Products or another, similar product.

Ah, yes. That was it. I was very impressed with the quality, especially for an Elation product!

Someone more cynical would attribute the quality to the fact that Elation is merely the distributor, and not the manufacturer. The fixture is made by GLP German Light Products. See also Lighting Product of the Month: GLP/Elation Impression.
