Leprecon LP-X24 Memory Failure

I volunteer at a church running their weekly productions/services. I need help with my Leprecon LP-X24. It is no longer saving patches that we install when the board gets shut off. We have the main patch backed up on a floppy but I can't have all the volunteers learning how to upload a patch every time we need to use it. I looked through the user guide but didn't see any reference to a memeory backup battery. Can someone please advise? Thanks!

The parts list for this board shows a 3 volt lithium battery and battery holder. I would try replacing the battery. It wouldn't hurt to be sure the software is updated too.

Just replaced one of these this season: it's a readily available battery - we got a Duracell model 2430 and this problem goes away!
