Life lesson:
When my brother graduated from college with an electrical engineering degree, I asked him, "What is it you know how to do now? He answered, "I know where to look up the answers."

I took the message to heart. I didn't need to know all the answers, I just had to know the people who did.

50 years in business surrounded by experts. It works. Thanks

To add to that:
That's the purpose of the University/higher education: to train you how to think critically, how to look for and find the answers. Cal State Long Beach told me that on day 1 as a freshman and it reverberated the next several years while I was there. The fact I came out with marketable skills is a happy little bonus.
As a leader, you don't have to know all the answers. But you sure do benefit by building your team, your peers, etc... with the people that do have the answers. You have to bring together all the people that can find the answers. I'm rarely the smartest guy in the room anymore, and that's fine. I'm pretty good at playing "air traffic control" for a crew or a show or whatever, and I let the specialists around me focus on the problems their particular skillset solves. "Teamwork makes the dream work" as a Rodent of Unusual Size once told me.

Nutria! When mices are too small you need a big swamp rat!

My college career was only one trimester at Ohio Wesleyan.

I have however worked on 7000+ events from coast to coast with most of the major stars in the music industry.

I was the general contractor for Steve Rubell and Ian Schrager on Enchanted Gardens nightclub they built before Studio 54.

I've held cue cards for Merv Griffin's TV show and designed the sound system for the National Geographics museun in Washington, DC and lit a president on live TV.

My point is college is not necessary if you can think and understand the knology that is possessed by others that is available to anyone seeking it.

Seek the best and brightest in each field of endevour and you will do well.
