Looking for 100A 4 pole plug alternative to Cam-Lok

Is the nema 14-60 the right solution as it is not rated for 3phase
It looks to me that the 18-60 is the 3phase 120/208v rated NEMA solution. You would need to add a 5th wire for ground.

Never mind I missed the two pole configuration note.
Did the OP have 3phase available?

I have 2 panels, one is 3 phase, one is single. The one where I am adding a dimmer and want to upgrade my connectors is the single phase panel.

The right series for 3-phase 120/208v devices with a neutral is L21, however that series only goes up to 30A, which is not enough for the SmartPack, which needs 60A 2-phase or 40A 3-phase. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure in what situations the NEMA 18-series devices are acceptable. Ungrounded plugs even with a separate ground are frowned upon, and the NEMA 10 series has been deprecated for that reason.

3-phase panels do not necessarily need 3-pole breakers. It's perfectly acceptable to use a 2-pole breaker feeding a 14-series receptacle from a 3-phase panel.
