I always went over to PRG. Granted I was at UCF at the time and we had a close relationship with them. I'm not sure if they would just do it for the average person off the street but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I would agree that both Stage Equipment & Lighting as well as PRG (and perhaps others) would have the ability to help you out with actual console training (for a fee of course), or at very least point you in the right direction. The live event market is still quite active in south Florida, and surely someone would be willing to train for a little financial incentive-
