Control/Dimming LTC SMPTE to Hog from Laptop

Hello. Is it possible to send an LTC SMPTE signal as a regular audio track from a computer through the headphone jack, to XLR, into a HOG SMPTE USB Dongle to fire cues from timecode?

Timecode is just an audio track so if you have an Timecode input, it will work.
Never used the Hog widgets but I would imagine they work just like any other timecode input.

You are going to need a DI box to properly convert the headphone signal into XLR. Other than that, you should be good to go.
