Martin announced last week at LDI a change to open up the M-PC Free Edition to four Universes of Artnet and sACN.
Also all license restrictions are taken out and the maximum possible Universes are unlocked on every existing M-Series console and M-PC with a Martin One Key. The Free Edition has no limitations, timecode, midi etc are all enabled.
I always enjoy reading on controlbooth, it has great influence on fixtures and consoles we design. The additional ethernet universes are meant to help users and designers starting out by providing access to a professional software package at little to no cost to them and are also a thank you to the lighting community for the amazing support and feedback we have gotten on the M-Series platform.
Version 3.60 with the unlocked Universes is available for DOWNLOAD as of today.
We also launched two new M-Series consoles at LDI:
M2GO HD with 20 Universes
M1 HD with 40 Universes
