New Member and I need Icue help!!!

Hey Control Booth community, my name is Jeanne Ann Carter. I am a senior at the Savannah College of Art and Design, majoring in Lighting Design. I'm happy to be here, BUT need your help! I joined so I could get help with an ICUE problem I am having right now. I already started a conversation about it. The link is below, I could use all the help I can get!

I am using Four Rosco I-Cues for a show and cannot get them to work. Basically they are not receiving DMX from the power supply. I have tried switching ICUEs, switching power supplies, and switching cables, I have terminated the DMX, taken the terminators out, and terminated it again, but still cannot get them to say they are receiving a DMX signal. I used them five months ago and they worked perfectly. At this point I'm out of options. Any ideas?

***MOD EDIT... PUT THE PM IN...***
