Control/Dimming new software controller on laptop

Hi everyone! I am pretty new to lighting (mainly an audio guy) and just took a position at my church in the media dept. We are currently running Elation Compu Live 2006 and I'm not a huge fan of it. We are running their blue dmx to usb interface. Is there some free software that is easier/better than compu live that we could download to try that might be compatible with the current interface we have?

I use DMXControl found here. I use it with Enttec's DMX USB Pro but it supoorts a lot of of interfaces. DMXControl is free and is not hard to use once you figure it out.
