Sealing the nap on Black Commando

It has been a while since I have painted a Commando drop and what we used in the past was rhoplex to seal the nap up before painting. The local paint store I've bought it from no longer has it available. Is there another method commonly used in scene shops?

Any Thoughts would be welcome.

Wow, I've never used Commando for a drop. I've seen it painted to intentionally use the nap as a texture technique but never painted/sized to get rid of the nap. I can't wait to hear the solution.
