Training/Intro Video

There is a video series designed for high school students called Practical Technical Theatre. Not very entertaining, but it does the job.

I second the Practical Technical Theatre series - very basic http://www.interactiveeducationalvideo.com/home.html. There is also a neat interactive CD, out of Alaska no less, that I hear is being updated this coming year http://www.alaskasbest.com/kade/cd.htm. Don't forget LightingTrainer.com http://www.lightingtrainer.com/index.html, and for more TV/Video stuff Lowel EDU http://www.lowel.com/edu/. I've never watched the videos at a website called Religitek that has on demand training for church volunteers - http://www.religitek.com/Lighting_Design_Production_s/1819.htm. Could be interesting.
