Wenger Stagemaster Casters

Looking for anyone who has experienced tread separation on casters installed on Wenger Stagemaster acoustical shell columns. Our acoustical shell was purchased in 1993, and the lower weight rated casters (rear) are still available, but the higher weight rated (front) casters are not. Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, were you able to locate a replacement caster for the front end? Wenger no longer supports their product, but after much wrangling they did supply the schematics of the casters. Haven't found anyone that manufacturers the front set.

Thanks for your input. I've been working with the original manufacturer in Minnesota (Cassidy-Tricker) for several months. And they have been working from the original caster specs with other outlets, with no luck.
