Thanks for the reply's guys. Never really put much thought into the construction of a C-Clamp. Quite a complicated order of events.

Our Dealer just recently contacted us about the Recall. The C-Clamps that we need to send back were given to us in Early December 2011 I believe, so all the times people are coming up with make sense. Quite an inconvenience. What can cause a "Bad" C-Clamp? Any thoughts?

Are you sure you had the Show File Saved to the console or Floppy Drive? I have herd of an issue where the Express console won't remember what your programed without making a hard save. Just what I have been told, I haven't used an Express in a while. So just my 2 cents.

I don't know if I understand your question entirely, but one thing you can do is patch your entire show on the offline editing software, save the show fire to a flash drive, and load it onto said Eos/Ion. The offline software is here if this is the solution you are looking for. Lighting...

Your Patch personality might be wrong. I know that can be a problem when I patch on the Eos. I will select the wrong personality type. 8bit as opposed to 16bit. If both fixtures are patched the same way check the actual fixture. See if it is looking for a different personality type. Hope...

Tracking might be the culprit as stated by Syphilis. Set your Ion's tracking mode to "Cue Only" This should eliminate any tracking issues you have in the future too.
