Front Lighting Without Front Lighting

We did get the Lycian 1275. It's really big. It barely fit in the elevator to get it to the balcony. The only other issue is we have a ton of static noise in the sound system. We think it is coming in from different mics. All wired. We think this because it changes depending on what is plugged in. The weird part is it changes when the sound board is totally muted and everything is down.

The lighting could be brighter, but it still looks pretty good. I'll try to post some photos.

About the sound- I can't really help you with that but it might help others if you could explain how the static sounds different. Does it change pitch? Get louder depending on what mic? If your mixer is all muted and the sound persists then it is not your mics, its something with the output equipment

It depends on what it is.

Sometimes one of the two wired mic's will just start making more noise, at a higher pitch.
We had a 1/8" to XLR that made a ton of noise when anything was plugged in.
A laptop when plugged in to the sound board would make more low pitched noise.

There is a certain amount of noise in the system, but this static seems like it is from the wiring somewhere. It is all run through a giant snake. All the mics are plugged into it and it also has the output into the school's sound system backstage.

Are the mics feeding back? Usually feedback is attributed to a high pitched sound, but if the mic is infront of a subwoofer you can get a low frequency feedback.
