1. High Pressure Laminate, such as the brand names Formica® and Wilsonart®.

2. High Performance Lamp, a 1992 ETC-patented tungsten-halogen bulb used in Source Four fixtures, and licensed for manufacture to, among others, Osram/Sylvania, Ushio, Philips, and GE. Generally comes in 375, 575, or 750 watt editions in both 115/120V and 230/240V voltages. Two 77 volt versions are also available, solely for use with Dimmer Doubling technology.
