I am troubleshooting a Robe ColorSpot 700E AT that is having indexing errors with the gobo wheels. I get the follow messages when I start up the unit:
Gobo Wheel Error 1
Gobo Wheel Error 2
Gobo Index Error 1
Gobo Index Error 2
I opened up the unit and it looks like the two sensors (the one on the wheel and the one on the sensor card) are not lining up when they go into home position. What would be causing this? Do I need to replace the sensor card or replace the gobo wheels themselves? Or maybe it an internal issue?
