Switching fader/sub pages quickly on GIO

I have previously used a GIO where I could hold down the fader page white button and press the fader number button that is located above the fader and it would switch fader or sub pages. Now I am on a different GIO and for some reason this is not working. Anybody have an idea on how I can get it to do this again? It makes busking a lot easier.

I updated the software to 2.2.0 and that did not solve the problem

If I remember right, you should be able to hold the fader page button then type a number on the keypad, then release the fader page button.
I haven't done this in a while but know it worked before version 2.

JJ you have it correct holding the fade page button and typing on the number pad the number (ex. *Press and hold fader page* *2* *4*, would take you to fader page 24)
