Keystroke

Rosco Keystroke
Rosco Keystroke [-]is[/-] was (product discontinued Spring 2010) a DMX-USB box that takes DMX signals and outputs them as virtual keystrokes.
The Keystroke hardware electronically listens to the DMX channel (1 - 512) you assign in the Keystroke software. You will also define the commands the slave PC executes when Keystroke receives a predefined value at its DMX channel address. For example, if you were controlling a PowerPoint slide show with Keystroke, you could assign the value of 100% (255) to send the slave PC a space bar command to advance to the next slide.

I realise the product Rosco Keystroke is discontinued.
I'm unable to find the software for it anywhere on the web.
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction for the Mac Software.

Much appreciated

Sammy

If you need to use DMX to send keystrokes, contact me about our BlueLite DBOT. While there hasn't been a large demand for it yet, some of our customers have been using it for years to send the "number" and "F-Key" keystrokes used by the Pangolin Live! laser software pacakge, but you can select which software 'receives' the keystrokes.

I do indeed have the rosco hardware just unfortunately it has the CD missing. I have contacted Rosco to see if they can help me but just wondered if anyone in the community was able to send me the software.

thanks for you replies

Great to hear they got back to you. It is a great device. I use to use it frequently.
