I have an ETC Express 24/48 that was just recently replaced due to a moving lights/LED upgrade. The console has been installed in a church for the past 10 years and has been in a non-smoking environment. The console is fully functional. I'll try to post some pictures of it later on tomorrow...

I'll try to look at those capacitors sometime. If that doesn't fix it, I'll probably just request to replace that rack next year. It's served us for a very long time (over 15 years I believe) but with it's addressing and flickering issues, I feel it's time to let it go.

You're correct on the left and right positions. The center position is almost correct. Subtract the two beams running down the middle and you've got it. That position is about 5 feet off of the beginning of the stage.
