Geez - I hope that person gets some training themselves!!! It is not that hard, I routinely have to show people the console. With about 15min of basic introduction, they can plot and run a show without too much trouble.

Haven't seen it, but I know who is doing it, that it is coming, and that it is close. Wish i could say more, but there is a killer product coming soon.
