We shot a time-lapse video of the assembly of my turntable and set.

Some of the specs were:
25 foot diameter.
Move a maximum of 50 cast and crew with the set in place.
25 seconds to do a 180 degree turn, start to stop.
Every part had to be managable by a maximum of 2 people.
Every part had to be manually passed down 12 feet to the stage at load in, and worse - handed back up at strike.
