I found this. My budget isnt much and really just controlling 16-32 par cans and i hope to be buying a couple martin 700 or similar moving head lights. Looking for something unde 1,000 for now and long term will see from here what i like/need and want down the road.

Please note, that board will run "32 units with 16 DMX channels each."

The Mac 700 requires 23 to 31 DMX channels depending on mode. That console won't run those lights.

MagicQ or some other software based solution is probably your best bet. Will be under 1000 bucks for the dongle, and a lot of them are pretty cheap/free. Wings will cost extra, but you can always upgrade. What kind of applications do you have in mind?

You're buying Mac700s and your console budget is under $1000? I think you're doing it wrong.

Also that website is advertising blatant rip offs of Avo consoles, if you respect anyone in the industry who dedicates their lives to making and improving lighting consoles you will take your business elsewhere.
