Convert Sennheiser HMD 25-XQ to Clearcom?

I inherited two Sennheiser HMD 25-XQ headsets. They are wonderfully comfortable. They have 3 pin XLR and 1/4" TRS plugs on them. Is it possible to use them with my ClearCom gear? Does someone make an adapter for this or should I just cut and solder. I don't have any gear around here that can use the 3pin XLR/TRS plug combination so I have no problem just replacing the plugs.

Have you done this? Do you know what the pinout conversion would be?

If you need to go back to "broadcast" headset use, then make an adapter. If you plan to only use it for Clearcom, then solder on a new connector.

Mic 1 to CC 1
Mic 2 to CC 2
Mic 3 to CC 1

Sleeve to CC 3
Ring to CC 4
Tip to CC 4
