Creating Generic Color Pallets on Hog or MA

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if there's a way to set up generic color pallets based on percentages. Because the only way I know how to make pallets requires recording to a specific fixture number. Because i'd like to be able to go into a show with any fixture and have all the colors there and ready to go.

Absolutely…for Hog…create Global palettes. Select 1 fixture and build them. The console will make them Global as default for color and beam properties.

For GMA, make them "Universal" palettes. You can find this selection when holding down the STORE key and get the options.

On MA2 you have further options "selective" is only for selected fixtures, "Global" is for all fixtures of the same type, and "universal" applies to any fixture that has the parameter, in this case colormix.

Same goes for any other preset, like strobe(beam) and zoom, dimmer, etc.
