Digi 003 driving me to the edge

I have just made some changes to my sound studio and due to utter frustration I have a question, can anybody point me to the changes needed in windows 7 to get protools 10 to talk to a digidesign 003 factory. They just wont link via firewire card.

any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.

Hey Ben,
I don't want to steer anyone away from CB, but you might want to try Avid's forum (if you haven't already). Please report back when you have found a solution in case anyone else has a similar issue in the future.
