Control/Dimming EDI MX Problem

We have two EDI MX dimmer racks (now owned by Cooper). I plugged the handheld controller directly into the second rack with the RJ11 connector to attempt to bring up a fixture. Nothing seemed to work so I unplugged the controller. Now I am unable to bring up any lights that are connected to that second rack. I've tried power cycling. Any ideas?

With the help of a couple of "lighting control experts" I was able to get my second dimmer rack working. Basically we reset it back to factory, which set the slots to 1-96 and then with the handheld programmer they walked me through changing the slots to 97-194. Thanks Dick and Alan.
