Emergency lights with SmartPack dimmer

There is a ETC SmartPack wall mounted dimmer for controlling House lights.
And electricians want to connect a emergency lights to the SmartPack.

Is it possible to use one Chanel of the SmartPack for the emergency lights?
Can I use a emergency option(turn it on) on the Chanel in SmartPack?

Or do I need a SmartPack Thrupower model for the emergency lights connecting?

Thank you

On a non-code related note, would they be using the smartpack to supply power to charge the emergency lights vs hardwiring them?
I don't think I've ever seen emergency lights that were permanently mounted not be directly hardwired unless they were also used as houselights and had linked control.

Neither Smartpack Wallmount nor Smartpack Thrupower have a UL924 listing as emergency lighting & power equipment. This listing is required to use a dimmer system to energize emergency luminaires, per NEC section 700.23

However, for very little cost, you could use the ETC model SC1008 Branch Circuit Emergency Lighting Transfer Switch (BCELTS) to transfer the emergency load off the dimmer rack and onto a constant emergency circuit, in compliance with NEC section 700.25.

I misread sk8rsdad post as saying it was UL924. I should have been more skeptical.
