ETC sensor+ CEM+ trouble shooting

i have a ETC sr48 sensor rack with a cem+ brain. i have the rack set up with half for non-dimmable and half for dimmable. I am using the ADJ Link console with the airstream app. The problem im having is that even with the rack setup correctly and the lights being addressed on the console some of the lights are not responding to what the board is telling them to do. I am new to both this board and the dimmer rack so any information about either would be amazing

I'd verify that the dimmer modules not responding are good by swapping them with ones that are working. That would at least narrow down if it's bad modules or a control side issue.
