Flash Memory on NSI MC7524

My MC7524 is still being twitchy. Ive had it serviced, bt I would still like to reflash the memory of the board to current factory programming. Has anyone performed this on this board? Can you PM me?

It is a bit senile and will not record a cue stack

The reset factory clear is

Hold down Function 1 Function 2 Help and Change while powering up the board, release the buttons after about 10 seconds
