Getting lights to Automatically respond to music?

Hi Everybody,

Got a basic performance space, 16 conventional for a stage, 12 Colorblast TR units, and 4 blacklights. While the space is being used for danceish events, we really don't want to leave a good lighting deck out (own a smartfade ML) so I'm wondering if there is any piece of hardware we can buy that would, for lack of a better way to explain it, work as an itunes visualizer, responding to a songs BPM and flashing LEDs in accordance?

Our system is set up in such a way that I could provide it with a direct line-level feed from our system easily.

Thanks

One cheap option I have used in the past is the Behringer EUROLIGHT LC2412 24-Channel DMX Lighting Console link It is not an amazing board by theatrical standards but you can find a refurb for about $150 and it does some decent music-to-light stuff and it takes a line signal.
