I see you haven't posted your question yet. If it is how to do it, I would not ask here. For one, it is against site policy to give rigging advice. Two, if you have to ask, the internet in definitely not the place to ask. The best thing to do is call a professional. Safety is nothing to mess with and you should never suspend anything above people unless you know what you are doing. On the other hand, if your question is can it be done, you can get a yes or no answer here, but once again, for safety and liability reasons, we cannot get into how to. We can offer alternatives to what you want to do that may be easier and safer. Just try to explain what and why as best you can. As many details as you can give will help you get the best responses.
