HDMI Hub - Do they exist?

My theatre is planning to add 2 projectors to our qlab mac mini which is currently used for sound. The problem is the computer's minidisplay output is already being used for the monitor, so the only outputs I have available are 1xHDMI, 1xUSB and 1xfirewire. The projectors will not be displaying the same image so I can't simply use an HDMI splitter.

Is there a device I could plug into one of these ports to create more individual video outputs? I've been searching google and amazon but can't seem to find anything that does what I need.

Caution: Have not tried one myself. Others using Dataton Watchout software have, and reported inconsistent, unreliable performance about one year ago when the hub was initially made available. Reliability may have changed since.
