The quick answer is using an effect. I'm assuming you haven't played around with the effects on the element much so I'll make it pretty simple. Select your two I-cues then hit "effect" followed by 901. This will get you to a default position effect which you can tweak by double clicking the effect key. This should do if you're looking for a random effect.
