On January 10th, 2011 we lost a dear friend, IATSE local 919 brother and amazing stage manager/ Production manager, Michael Potashnick. He was very involved in production in the Burlington, VT area, as well as many music festivals on the East coast including- Gathering of the Vibes (he MC'd for the past 6 years), Camp Bisco, Burlington Discover Jazz Festival and many others. He was known for his large laugh and ability to get along with everybody. There was a memorial held in Burlington on February 13th, and there will be another in CT on Feb 20th.
