iPlayer 3 Generic DMX fixtures

I do not see this posted anywhere on this forum or in the Color Kinetics user guides, so I just want to double check myself. Can you use the iPlayer 3 with non Color Kinetics fixtures (generic 3-5 channel fixtures RGB, RGBA/W, RGBAW)? I assume I would need an RJ45 to DMX adapter. I just wasn't sure if the iPlayer 3 was outputting any propriety signal, etc that only works with their own fixtures. Any information would be great!

Yes, the iPlayer 3 just outputs DMX, there is an RJ45 connector on the unit, you will have to make an adapter. I cant remember if they ship with the unit.

Note however that the pin outs on the CK are not standard. I have found them on the CK tech pages, but not sure where. If no one else chimes in I will take a look
