I have 4 Coemar Digiscan 575 fixtures which are the same as a Robe Scan 575xt exactly. 2 of them had lamp failures recently that sounded like a gunshot and I assumed the lamp exploded inside the fixture. Tonight I pulled them apart off a ladder 15' in the air and sure enough both lamps were in millions of pieces. The bad news is that one of them is now missing almost all of the reflector and the other one has only about 40% of a reflector - they both were shattered by the lamp explosion I am assuming.
I went ahead and relamped anyway as I have a show opening this Friday night but I will need to replace the reflectors to achieve proper output of the fixtures. They all work but there is a noticeable difference in output between the 2 that didn't explode and the 2 that did.
Where can I find parts for these, specifically a reflector? I tried lightparts online but couldn't find one listed there. Any other options?
