MA CommandWing Recognized as Full-Size, Crashing

Hey, all. I'm trying to get a Command Wing set up at my school, but we don't have anyone with training on this board :/

We've gotten the board to communicate with the onPC software, but after some time communication ceases. Under Setup>Console>Software Update, the software recognizes our board as a Full-Size MA. We have an alumnus coming in next week to provide training and setup help, but for right now we're pretty much stumped.

We're trying to figure out how to update the firmware of the board.

Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone provide any advice on this?

I have experience on the MA console but none really with the on pc version. Have you tried contacting the people at act lighting? They have offices in Augora Hills.
