Macro for lamp on/off controls Strand 500 series

After 10 years of working conventional lighting on this desk (and one month before we install an ETC Gio/Ion system!) we're finally bringing in 4 VL 2000 spots for a show. I want to write macros for lamp on and off...don't really know but assuming the lamp channel to address is the intensity at 99, hold then off but can't find that for sure...thanks for any help!

Lamp on macro would be: [channel].20 (which is the reset channel) @ 99 [*] Wait 3 seconds, [channel].20 @ 00 [*]

Lamp off is the same, but replace the @99 with @66.

I usually do this with a total of 4 macro ("p"-keys) because I haven't found a way to put a "wait" in the macro. So I press P1, wait 3 seconds and press P2. That would turn the lamp on. Lamp off would be P3 and P4. Hope this helps!

Thanks, finally found the reference to attribute .20...it's sometimes referred to as "reset" sometimes as "control". Here's how to add a pause into to a macro:
“Ctrl/p” typed on the keyboard puts a .4 second pause into a Macro if you need it.
