Automated Fixtures Martin Wizard Help

I recently put up a 2 Martin Wizards at the club i work at about 2 weeks ago. They are not new or rented. One of them was failing to rotate the mirror instead choosing to just do a sad jitter of a turn. I assumed it was the motor and changed it but got the same result. Since I had a major artist set to do a show in 5 days I just pulled another wizard off the clubs truss and replaced the broken one rather then spend more time on it. I figured I could get back around to it when I wasnt so busy.The replacement Wizard worked perfect and I thought everything was fine. Now the replacement is doing the exact same thing as the 1st Wizard. I dont know what the chances are of 2 diffrent lights pulled from 2 diffrent locations having the same problem is but im sure its not very high.
Is this a software error i can fix with an MP2 or is it a programing error im not catching.

Please advise.

Few basic things I would try. Is it the last fixture in the chain? Do you have a terminator in line? I have had similar problems with bad DMX cables or the use of cheap mic cables instead of DMX cables which is common in clubs.
