I'm working a rental, and their tech director just decided to try and hook up the MIDI controls with the console. The show starts five minutes ago, so if you're browsing, a fast response would be great. If not, understandable, and hopefully we can get it fixed by tomorrow with your input!
He is currently using QLab to interface with a Colortan Levelton Innocator 24/48. He has made the commands, and if he manually triggers them it functions properly and moves to the next cue. However, if he tries to imbed it into the music to automatically trigger it skips a ton of cues - sometimes ten, sometimes six, sometimes eight, it's very inconsistent.
Does anyone have any ideas why this would be happening and suggestions to fix it?
(Sorry if it's vague, MIDI truly isn't my thing, but I figure as the theater manager in this facility I can at least try and assist them)
