Motion Sensing LED's for Dancing?

Has anybody done this? A setup similar to this would work if placed on various parts of a costume or dance clothes:

(not my video) This is just one program and one 6-axis sensor. There's a lot of other creative possibilities. It would be interesting to see with dancing if somebody does or has done this.
