Wish I could help, but my Brigham book died in a flood in Winston-Salem in '75. Beverly told me a little about the project at ACTF a few weeks ago, sounds interesting. Give her my very best when you see her. Check with Steve Shelly, if anybody has a Brigham book I'd suspect Steve.............
