I have joined because I had to start answering some questions on the boards I have been lurking in for a while. I am a volunteer for a local community theater. I got started mixing sound for a show my daughter was in and it snowballed from there. I am now involved in 6-10 productions per year doing sound design/ops and now also doing light design. I think I'm at the stage where I know enough to be dangerous but keep trying to learn more. The designs are simple but I continue to try new things with each production.
