Hi,
My name is Chelle. I'm president and founder of the Northern Neck Youth Performing Arts Foundation in Richmond County, Virginia. I own the Richmond Essex School of the Performing Arts in Warsaw, VA. I'm a "come here" and there are no other dance studios for five counties. We're doing our first production of Nutcracker in January at Lancaster Middle School Auditorium.
