Control/Dimming Novice Chauvet Dimmer/relay pack User

I am desparetly trying to figure out how to use this product. I have four lights that I want to hook up to the dimmer/relay pack but I can't figure out how to control the lights. I need to dim all four lights on and off all at once but so far all I can do is get them to turn on and off but on the programed chase. I inherited these products and I'm just trying to make them work. Any help would be wonderful thanks!

If you want all 4 channels to respond as one DMX address, you need to set the DMX mode to CH01.
Then all 4 dimmers will respond to the same DMX address you set. If you are trying to use these standalone without a console, then I am not sure if you can combine them for that.

That was how I read it as well.

I don't think the pack alone can do what OP wants.
