So, we all know not to fly people without hiring one of the several professional companies that specialize in this (ZFX, Foy, Hall, D2, Bantam, ect). Right? Right? People DIE when companies try to do it themselves. Got it? Ok.

For those of you interested in learning more about how the systems work and what goes into it, heres an article on the Hall website on what goes into designing a system to safely fly performers:

A very good write up of WHY YOU SHOULDN'T try it yourself. If you can not or are not qualified to meet everything they state in that document or more, then why are you even thinking about doing it yourself.

I heart Tracy and Gabe and all those guys at HAFE.

Tracy is an amazing rigger.

Depending on how things go I'm totally looking forward to joining the elite club.

Sacramento high-rise death linked to graffiti - SFGate :
Fire Battalion Chief Marc Bentovoja said the man appears to have died accidentally of asphyxiation when he created a harness from the rope and lowered himself down the east side of the office building.

"From everything we can tell, he didn't have any special rope rappelling equipment on, climbing equipment or anything like that," he said. "He appeared to be looped into the rope."
